Returning Back.
After the full day enjoying the water park you can easily catch a taxi and reach your destination. Whether you requested the transfer back (which you can write at the booking massage), the driver will pick you up at the chosen time.

24 hrs before Tour Date, no cancellation charges will be applicable. After 24 hrs prior to the Tour Date, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.Refunds:

- The Wild Wadi Water Park open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- The rides might be closed for the timely maintenance, in those case we do not hold any responsibility.
- As per the new taxation rules of UAE, 5% VAT will be implemented for all hospitality related services from 1st Jan 2018.
- Location Address - Wild Wadi Water Park, Jumeirah Road, Next To Jumeirah Beach Hotel - Dubai.
- All children below 10 years old must have valid Emirates ID or a Passport copy for the age proof.
- Lockers are available in the area with an additional charge.
Pick Up Service
- Transfer can be arranged upon request either Private or Share vehicles.
- Transfer back can be verified for an extra price as per request in a booking massage.
- The last booking Pick up accepted before one hour of the tour.
- On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might be closed for visits. In such this cases, we do not hold any responsibility and any payments could not be returned.
Child Policy:
Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children above 2 years and height up to 1.1 meters will be considered as a child and charged child rate.
Children above 1.1 meter in height will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
